Amine Chermiti Extends His Contract with FC Zurich until Summer 2016

Amine Chermiti has extended his contract with FC Zurich until the summer of 2016 today. His original contract would have expired in the summer of 2014.

The Tunisian national player has been with FC Zurich since June 2010 and has scored 26 goals in 87 official matches for the club so far (source: dbfcz.ch). Former clubs of the 25-year-old include Al-Ittihad, Hertha BSC Berlin and Etoile Sportive du Sahel.

"We're very pleased that Amine Chermiti stays with us and that we can count on him in the future. During the past few months, he's repeatedly shown that he gives everything for the team, not just because of the goals he's scored but also thanks to his assists. His experience will also help our young players in their development", said FC Zurich team manager Massimo Rizzo.
