Izer Aliu has extended his contract with FC Zurich and joins SC Kriens on loan

FC Zurich is pleased to announce that it has extended the contract with Izer Aliu early by another year until the summer of 2023. In order for him to gain more match experience, the 21-year-old midfielder is again loaned to SC Kriens for the 2021/2022 season.

Aliu joined FC Zurich’s academy in 2009, where he has completed a large part of his footballing education. In the summer of 2018, he signed his first professional contract with FC Zurich. So far, Aliu has played 20 official matches (three assists) for the club.
