Fidan Aliti extends his contract early until summer 2025
FC Zurich is pleased to announce that Fidan Aliti's contract has been extended early by another two years until summer 2025.
Aliti completed his football education at Concordia Basel, FC Basel 1893 and BSC Old Boys. The defender's other clubs were FC Lucerne, FC Sheriff Tiraspol, Slaven Belupo Koprivnica and KF Skënderbeu. At the beginning of October 2020, Aliti joined FC Zurich on loan from Swedish club Kalmar FF and then was signed on permanently at the beginning of March 2021. Since then, the 40-time Kosovar international has played 67 official games for FC Zurich, in which he scored three goals and played one assist.
