Salim Khelifi joined FC Zurich from Eintracht Braunschweig in the summer of 2018. Since then, he scored eight goals and provided seven assists in 53 official matches for the club. During the 2019/2020 season, the 28-year-old midfielder was loaned to Holstein Kiel.
Blaž Kramer joined FC Zurich from VfL Wolfsburg II in June 2019. The 25-year-old striker was previously under contract with NK Simer Sampion Celje and NK Aluminij Kidricevo in his home country of Slovenia. The Slovenia international played 88 official matches for the club, in which he scored a total of 21 goals and 13 assists.
Midfielder Moritz Leitner, who completed his football education at TSV 1860 Munich, was under contract with Bundesliga clubs Borussia Dortmund, FC Augsburg and VfB Stuttgart. After three seasons with English side Norwich City, he joined FC Zurich in August 2021 and then played eleven official matches for the club.
