The FC Zurich Ladies have had a remarkable club history:

  • 1970/71 SV Seebach's women's football team is founded.
  • 1978/79 The club's second women's football team is registered.
  • 1979/80 First Swiss championship title
  • 1980/81 Both Swiss champions and Swiss Cup winners (4:1 win in the final against FC Blue Stars in Winterthur-Veltheim)
  • 1986/87 The club's first women's junior team is registered.
  • 1 July 2005 „FFC Zürich Seebach“ is founded as an independent football club for women and girls.
  • 25 June 2008 The club's cooperation with FC Zurich begins, the new club name is "FC Zürich Frauen" (FC Zurich Ladies)
  • 2008 Participation in the UEFA Women's Cup: The FC Zurich Ladies finish their group in first place after rounds 1 and 2 of the competition; among their opponents are Lyon and Arsenal.
  • 2009 Both FC Zurich's men's and women's teams win the Swiss championship title.
  • 2009+2010 Participation in the UEFA Women’s Champions League
  • 2010/11 5 teams play in various Swiss football leagues (NLA, 1st League, U18, U16 (play with the boys' junior C group, U14 (play with the boys' junior D group).
