On matchdays, the ticket offices open 1.5 hours before kick-off. Doors usually open 60 minutes before kick-off.

Other opening times may apply for international matches.

Reduced Tickets / Family Tickets (2022/2023)
The family zone is situated in Sector C, Blocks 16, 17 and 18. Adults and children can obtain reduced tickets for this sector.

  • Admission is free for children up to the age of 6 (born in 2017 or younger) in Sector B, Blocks 9 to 13 (away fans) and Sector D, Blocks 24 to 31 (home fans).
  • Admission is reduced for children between 7 and 18 (born in 2005 to 2016) in Sector B, Blocks 9 to 13 (away fans) and Sector D, Blocks 24 to 31 (home fans).
  • Admission is free for all children in all sectors if they do not require a seat of their own but sit on their parents' lap; however, they are not entitled to a seat. The year of birth determines the ticket type.

Free admission for refugees and asylum seekers
In collaboration with the AOZ, FC Zurich grant asylum seekers and refugees free admission to all Challenge League home games at the Letzigrund Stadium. Tickets for sectors D27 to D31 are available upon presentation of an N, F or B refugee permit at cash desk 5 on Badenerstrasse.

Disabled Supporters
Admission is free for persons in wheelchairs and one escort person each. The wheelchair spaces are located on a wheelchair-accessible platform in Sector C, Blocks 18 to 22, from which the spectators have a perfect view of the pitch. The entrance is situated in Sector C; advance booking is not required.
